The planning process is complex and having accurate reports that anticipate and answer planners’ questions is fundamental to securing successful outcomes. We have been using the team at dBx for this service for several years.

In my experience, the team at dBx listens to what is required and makes a considerable effort to fully understand the project and the location issues and quickly assess the situation. Their responsiveness is very efficient, from the initial project brief through to report delivery; quickly understanding the requirements, undertaking the relevant survey and delivering the required recommendations and project output. Once a report has been submitted, they work well with the design team to obtain optimal and practical results for the project; this can often involve reworking the report to support the relevant planning applications.

I have worked with Susan very closely over the past few months on some serious acoustic issues that we have on a scheme in Glasgow which meant a full review of the environmental and planning condition against the previous acoustic model prior to procuring some new equipment.
